About these terms

These terms describe how to use the Scalevia Agency website. The site presents our marketing services and lets you contact us about a project.

1. Project inquiries and agreements

Sending the contact form or contacting us on WhatsApp does not place an order or create a service contract. The scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment terms, cancellation terms and rights to project materials must be agreed separately in writing before work begins.

2. Performance and advertising budgets

Results shown on the site describe the figures in the supplied account screenshots. They do not guarantee future sales, purchase costs or ROAS. Performance depends on the offer, market, website, budget and measurement. Advertising spend and platform charges are separate from agency fees unless a written agreement states otherwise.

3. Responsible use

Provide accurate inquiry details and only share information you are authorized to disclose. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information through the form. Do not misuse the site, submit spam or attempt unauthorized access.

4. Website content and third-party services

Website text and visuals are provided to introduce our services. Ask for permission before reusing agency content commercially. Third-party names, logos and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Links and form submission may lead to external services, including WhatsApp, FormSubmit and Google, with their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Updates and contact
